Despite our party being seven people, she initially gave us a table for four. When we asked for a larger table, she responded with attitude and told us we should have made a reservation, even though we had made one. When I pointed this out, she eventually realized that a table had already been reserved for us, but she hadn’t bothered to check beforehand or offer any apology for the confusion. ”
